They willhave access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these taskson Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.These parties have been rigorously assessed and offer a guarantee of compliancewith the legislation on the processing of personal data. These parties havebeen designated as data processors and carry out their activities according tothe instructions given by Us and under Our control.

4.1. We may share your information withselected third parties including:

a) Our affiliates, business partners,suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance and execution of any contractWe enter into with them or you;

5.1. The data that we collect from youis stored on our servers located in the European Economic Area("EEA"). We rely on adequacy decisions and Standard ContractualClauses, introduced and/or approved by the European Commission when transferringyour data outside EEA.

6.1. We will always delete data that isno longer required by a relevant law or jurisdiction in which we operate.

6.2. Generally, we store your data aslong as you remain a holder of the Platform account. Nonetheless, we may storesome of your personal and transactional data beyond the closure of your accountwith us to fulfill our legal obligations.
